Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Nexora Living,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nexora Living and the legal entity operating the Nexora Living online store.

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to offer the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, govern your access to and use of the Services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit quantities or availability where reasonably necessary.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, information provided through Nexora Living is provided for general informational and everyday-living purposes.

Information on our website is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care.

Nexora Living does not represent that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a disease or medical condition unless such a claim is expressly made and legally permitted and appropriately substantiated.

  • Shipping restrictions;

  • Supplier availability;

Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Please carefully review your order, including your products, quantities, shipping address, and contact details, before submitting it.

Because orders may enter fulfillment quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

SECTION 6 — MULTIPLE SUPPLIERS AND FULFILLMENT PARTNERS

Nexora Living works with third-party suppliers, warehouses, manufacturers, shipping providers, and fulfillment partners.

As a result, products within the same order may:

  • Be shipped separately;

  • Arrive at different times;

  • Originate from different fulfillment locations; or

  • Have different tracking information.

Receiving separate packages for the same order does not necessarily mean that items are missing.

Regardless of which fulfillment partner ships your order, Nexora Living remains your point of contact for customer service concerning purchases made directly through our store.

Please contact Nexora Living rather than returning products directly to a supplier unless we specifically instruct you otherwise.

SECTION 7 — PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the relevant storefront or market.

For our United States storefront, prices will generally be displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Taxes, shipping costs, duties, or other charges may apply where indicated during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase.

SECTION 8 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

We work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, so processing and transit times can vary by product.

Where we provide an estimated shipment or delivery timeframe, we aim to provide an estimate for which we have a reasonable basis.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods, customs processing, address problems, supply disruptions, and events outside our reasonable control.

If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we will handle the delay, cancellation, and/or refund in accordance with applicable law.

SECTION 9 — DELIVERY INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please check your:

  • Recipient name;

  • Street address;

  • Apartment or unit number;

  • City;

  • State;

  • ZIP code; and

  • Contact information

before submitting an order.

If you discover an error, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

SECTION 10 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because Nexora Living works with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners, return eligibility can vary by product.

Some products may have:

  • A 30-day return period;

  • A shorter return period;

  • Special return conditions; or

  • No change-of-mind returns.

Certain products may also be non-returnable because of hygiene, health, safety, personalization, supplier restrictions, or other legitimate reasons.

Where a product is subject to a special or non-returnable condition, we aim to disclose the applicable restriction on the product page before purchase.

A product identified as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or similar generally cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply to defective, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied products.

Do not return products without contacting Nexora Living first.

Because different products may have different return locations, the address shown on the original parcel may not be the appropriate return address.

SECTION 11 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If you believe a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly.

We may request:

  • Your order number;

  • Photographs;

  • Video;

  • Product packaging;

  • Shipping labels; and/or

  • A description of the problem

to investigate the issue.

If an issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

SECTION 12 — PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may change without notice.

Because some inventory is managed by third-party suppliers, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If we cannot fulfill an ordered product, we may cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your authorization where authorization is required.

We aim to maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, availability, and shipping information.

Occasionally, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.

The Nexora Living name, logo, branding, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, and other content owned by Nexora Living are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party product images, trademarks, brand names, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, modify, or commercially exploit our protected content without permission.

SECTION 15 — CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content to Nexora Living, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.

You must not submit content that is:

  • False or misleading;

  • Defamatory;

  • Unlawful;

  • Infringing;

  • Abusive;

  • Fraudulent; or

  • In violation of another person's rights.

Where permitted, you grant Nexora Living a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute submitted content in connection with operating and promoting our business.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove content where appropriate, subject to applicable law.

Nexora Living is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and Nexora Living.

Shopify is not the seller of the products you purchase from Nexora Living and is not responsible for fulfillment of those purchases.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to alter rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 19 — PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Our Services are hosted by Shopify, and certain personal information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate our store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and perform related business functions.

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, if you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any mandatory consumer protection right or remedy available to you under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

Subject to any mandatory rights that allow or require a dispute to be brought elsewhere, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Nothing in this section limits any right, remedy, warranty, guarantee, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
